Vox Fabula, “the voice of the story”, is a publisher of short audio fiction and nonfiction. Most of the work is available free of charge, as mp3 downloads directly from this site or as a podcast subscription through the Apple iTunes store.

The advantage of the podcast subscription is that iTunes updates the podcast automatically as new stories become available.

The advantage of short spoken word pieces is that they are available in easily digestible chunks, perfect for a short commute or an afternoon’s diversion.

The work Vox Fabula publishes is professionally read and fully produced, including music and sound effects for a fully rendered experience.

Please feel free to listen to a story or two. We’d like to think you’ll be back for more! This is a new venture, but our selection of audio is growing steadily.

We’re actively seeking out more quality material, so if you’re a writer who’d like to hear your work represented on our site, please contact us.
